Art Here, Art There, Art Everywhere is a series of altered street signs, one of which is solar powered, with flashing red lights that calls attention to Pittsfield's robust public art program and celebrates the city's 250th year.

The signs were installed directly in front of City Hall, Pittsfield, MA.
